Mario, chef and entrepreneur

A chef specialised in seafood and a lifelong entrepreneur, Mario has an innate passion for good food and for quality. MABO Fish is his kitchen, inside the Mercado del Puerto in Las Palmas.

We restaurateurs carry an enormous responsibility: food is medicine. My mission is to serve the best, freshest food, cooked in the best possible way, so that our guests enjoy a unique experience.
